Base price: US$449 (USD), one-time purchase. No recurring billing.
Local currency and tax: Where supported in the Sold through Link checkout, a supported local currency may be presented. Link, as merchant of record for the qualifying transaction, calculates and handles covered indirect tax. Checkout states whether applicable tax is included or added and shows the presented currency and final total before the buyer places the order.
Additional charges: Any applicable tax charged in the transaction is shown before payment. The customer is responsible for internet access, devices, third-party software or subscriptions, and any conversion, cross-border, or issuer fee charged independently by a bank, card issuer, or other third party.
Promotion and quantity: No discount, crossed-out price, countdown, or promotion code applies. Checkout quantity is fixed at one, providing one entitlement for one named individual.

Payment and delivery

Payment methods: Accepted methods are those presented by the Sold through Link checkout before purchase. They may vary by customer, device, currency, and region. No method not shown at checkout is promised.
Payment timing: Payment is due when the order is placed. For a qualifying transaction identified as Sold through Link, Link is the merchant of record and processes the transaction according to the method and final total presented at checkout. For a delayed payment method, access begins only after payment is confirmed as successful.
Receipt, invoice, statement, and transaction support: Link issues the transaction receipt or invoice and provides the buyer-facing merchant identification used for the payment statement. Questions about the payment, receipt or invoice, statement entry, or other transaction-level matter should be directed to Link Support. Questions about Master Kit content, license, delivery, sign-in, or access should be sent to info@unclerender.jp.
Delivery timing: Access begins after payment is confirmed and any required immediate-digital-delivery consent is completed. Access instructions are sent to the licensed user’s purchase email. Delayed payment methods are fulfilled only after successful payment.
Delivery method: Product-specific access is provided through an authenticated area at member.unclerender.jp. Access uses an email magic link and server-side session after entitlement verification.
Offer period: No fixed application period is currently specified. Availability remains subject to the live payment, legal, sanctions, tax, compliance, and service conditions, and any future limit will be shown before purchase.

Access and license

Access term: No recurring fee and no fixed access expiration while the Global Edition service remains in operation. This is not “lifetime access.” If the service is planned to end, the Seller will, in principle, give 90 days’ advance notice and provide a reasonable alternative means of access where technically and legally possible, subject to security, legal, emergency, technical, and mandatory-rights considerations.
Included updates: While the service operates, corrections to existing chapters, reasonable responses to interface changes, and incremental or small additions are included at no extra charge on a best-effort, as-reasonably-practicable basis. Immediate delivery is not guaranteed. Major new modules, standalone courses, and separately designated products are not included.
Customer and license: Individuals and businesses may purchase. Each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to one named individual. A business purchase is not a company-wide, team, shared-seat, or shared-credential license.
Permitted professional use: The named user may apply techniques learned from the Master Kit and use outputs they create themselves in their own business and paid client projects, subject to third-party terms, required rights and permissions, and appropriate professional review.
Material restrictions: The Master Kit materials and access information may not be shared, publicly posted, copied or distributed to other users, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, placed in a shared repository, or substantially repackaged into a competing course, template pack, or prompt pack.

Special conditions

Product language: The paid Master Kit is in English. Browser or Stripe checkout localization does not translate the paid content.
Minimum age: Buyers must be at least 18 years old or the higher age of legal majority or contractual capacity that applies to them.
Geographic availability: Worldwide in principle, except where payment is unsupported; Stripe restricts the transaction, person, or location; sanctions or export controls prohibit supply; law prohibits the sale; or the Seller cannot support the required tax or compliance treatment. Universal availability is not promised.
Operating environment: A current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox with essential cookies enabled; reliable internet access; an accessible email account for magic-link sign-in; and a device capable of displaying the provided images and videos are required. Very old browsers, disabled essential cookies, or restricted networks may prevent access.
Account and sessions: Access uses a single-use email magic link valid for 15 minutes, a 30-day absolute session maximum with seven-day inactivity expiry, and no more than two active sessions for the same named user.
Third-party services: Purchase does not include third-party AI software, subscriptions, usage credits, or any other third-party product or service. Third-party prices, plans, features, regional availability, and terms may change. Third-party names, trademarks, interfaces, and services belong to their respective owners. This independent guide is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by any third-party AI provider unless expressly stated.
Professional-use notice: The Master Kit is educational information, not architectural, engineering, construction, code-compliance, legal, tax, safety, or other professional advice. AI output can be inaccurate, unsafe, inconsistent, infringing, or technically impossible. The buyer must verify output, rights, approvals, constructability, codes, and safety with appropriately qualified professionals.

Returns, cancellation, and support

Refund baseline: A full refund is permitted before the buyer’s first server-recorded access to paid content. After first paid-content access, no change-of-mind refund is available. Exceptions include a verified duplicate or unauthorized charge, an unremedied material Seller-attributable access or delivery defect after a reasonable opportunity to remedy it, mandatory statutory rights, or another exceptional case expressly approved by the Seller.
Refund requests: For the Seller’s pre-access refund baseline or a product-delivery/access exception, email info@unclerender.jp. Never send full card details. When the Seller approves a request, it submits or authorizes the required refund instruction to Link within five Japanese business days; Link, the payment method, and bank processing time is separate. A Sold through Link buyer may also use Link’s refund-request process. The Link Terms or mandatory law may provide additional or overriding transaction rights. Confirmed processing of a full refund revokes the related access. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The initial-response target is within three Japanese business days, but this is not guaranteed.
