1. Scope and responsible business
This Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit the sales site for the AI Architectural Visualization Master Kit — Global Edition, place an order, contact us, or access purchased content.
The responsible business is:
PLUS株式会社Corporate number: 4350001020108
Representative Director: Kotaro Osumi
Room 202, Building A, Sejour TI, 521-1 Tsutsumishita, Gendo-cho,
Miyazaki-shi, Miyazaki 880-0927, Japan

The functional English display “PLUS Co., Ltd.” does not replace the registered Japanese legal name, PLUS株式会社.
For the Seller-operated sales site, product access, entitlement, first-access evidence, and product support, the Seller determines the purposes and means of the processing described in this Notice. The qualifying payment transaction is offered as Sold through Link. Link, through the applicable Stripe entity identified at checkout, acts as merchant of record and separately determines its processing for checkout, payment, covered transaction tax, receipts or invoices, payment-statement identification, fraud and transaction-level support. Link’s handling is described in the Link Privacy Policy.
2. Personal data we may collect
The data collected depends on how you interact with the service. It may include:
- Identity and contact data: name, named licensed user, business name, email address, billing address, country or region, tax-identification information when supplied or required for the approved transaction, and support communications.
- Order and transaction data: product, price, presented currency, tax, payment status, order and payment-provider references, refund or dispute status, and terms or digital-delivery consent records.
- Account and entitlement data: access status, named user, sign-in events, account-recovery information, first paid-content access, and security or administrative events.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages or files, session identifiers, and security logs.
- Support and rights-request data: messages, attachments you choose to provide, issue history, identity-verification information where reasonably necessary, and resolution records.
Please do not send full payment-card details, government identification, client-confidential materials, or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process. Full payment-card details will not be requested by email for support, refunds, or privacy requests.
3. Sources of data
Data may be collected:
- directly from you, such as through checkout, account setup, email, or a request;
- automatically when you use the site or protected content; and
- from service providers involved in payment, fraud prevention, tax, authentication, email delivery, hosting, storage, security, and support.
Checkout is configured as Sold through Link under Stripe Managed Payments. For a qualifying transaction, Link, through the applicable Stripe entity identified at checkout, is the merchant of record and handles payment information, transaction records, covered transaction tax, receipts or invoices, payment-statement identification, fraud prevention, and transaction-level support under the Link Terms and Link Privacy Policy.
4. Why we use personal data
Personal data may be used to:
- accept and administer orders and provide the purchased single-user access;
- authenticate users, protect credentials, and secure the service;
- provide support and manage access recovery, refunds, disputes, and complaints;
- record first paid-content access and administer the refund policy;
- maintain accounting, tax, transaction, consent, and legal records;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, and security incidents;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service; and
- send service and transaction communications required to deliver and support the purchase.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the law and context, processing may be necessary to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps, comply with a legal obligation, protect legitimate interests such as service security and fraud prevention, establish or defend legal claims, protect vital interests, or act on your consent.
Where processing is based on legitimate interests, those interests must be assessed against your rights. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent for future processing without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
7. International processing and transfers
The Seller is located in Japan. If you use the service from another country, your data may be transferred to and processed in Japan and in countries where approved service providers operate. Privacy protections and government-access rules can differ between countries.
Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguards, the Seller will use the mechanism and safeguards appropriate to the actual provider and transfer. Details that must be provided on request will be available through info@unclerender.jp.
8. Retention
Subject to longer mandatory periods, unresolved disputes, security incidents, or a valid legal hold, the current retention schedule is:
- Transaction, tax, contract, refund, dispute, first-paid-content-access, and consent records: seven years after the applicable corporate filing deadline, with longer retention where a qualifying ten-year rule or another legal requirement applies.
- Entitlement records: while access remains active. After access ends, only the minimum evidence needed for the transaction, legal claims, or compliance is retained under the applicable period above.
- Routine access logs: 90 days.
- Security and administrative-event logs: 12 months.
- Support, pre-purchase telephone-disclosure, and privacy-request records: three years after the matter is closed. Any accounting or refund record within a case follows the transaction-record period above.
- Abandoned checkout records held by the Seller: not retained locally unless needed to complete the requested checkout or protect the service; any temporary record is deleted within 30 days.
- Rolling backups: up to 35 days before routine overwrite, subject to restricted access and restoration only when reasonably necessary.
Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. A different period applies where applicable law requires a shorter or longer period, or while a dispute, security incident, or valid legal hold remains unresolved.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data and risk. These include access controls, secure authentication and session handling, secret management, provider oversight, backups, monitoring, and incident procedures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
If you believe your account or personal data has been compromised, contact info@unclerender.jp.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and subject to lawful exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability; withdraw consent; opt out of certain uses; and complain to a data-protection authority.
Send requests to info@unclerender.jp. Include enough detail to identify the relevant relationship and request, but do not send full card details. Reasonable, proportionate identity verification may be required. There is no charge for an ordinary valid request, although applicable law may permit a reasonable fee or refusal for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
For personal data handled by Link for a Sold through Link transaction or Link account, use the choices and contact routes in the Link Privacy Policy. A request to one business does not automatically exercise rights against the other where they act separately.
The response period and appeal or complaint route depend on the law that applies to the request. We track applicable deadlines and use restricted-access case records.
12. Children
The Master Kit is not directed to children. A buyer must be at least 18 years old or the higher age of legal majority or contractual capacity that applies to the buyer. The Seller does not knowingly create accounts for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data improperly.
13. Changes and contact
This Notice may be updated to reflect changes in the service, providers, or law. The current version will show its effective date, and additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
