1. Scope and seller
These Sales and Use Terms apply to your purchase and use of the AI Architectural Visualization Master Kit — Global Edition (the “Master Kit”). The Master Kit is sold by PLUS株式会社, a Japanese corporation (the “Seller”).
Corporate number: 4350001020108Representative Director: Kotaro Osumi
Room 202, Building A, Sejour TI, 521-1 Tsutsumishita, Gendo-cho,
Miyazaki-shi, Miyazaki 880-0927, Japan
The brand パースおじさん|AIパースの人 and the functional English display “PLUS Co., Ltd.” do not replace the Seller’s registered Japanese legal name, PLUS株式会社.
The Seller provides the Master Kit, its license, delivery, access, updates, and product support. The checkout for this offer is configured as Sold through Link under Stripe Managed Payments. For a qualifying Sold through Link transaction, Link, through the applicable Stripe entity identified at checkout, is the merchant of record for the payment transaction. Link handles the transaction checkout, applicable covered indirect tax, transaction receipt or invoice, payment-statement identification, and transaction-level payment support. The Link Terms and Link Privacy Policy apply to those Link services and the transaction matters they govern.
Link’s merchant-of-record role does not transfer the Seller’s responsibility for the Master Kit itself, including truthful product information, content, license, delivery, protected access, and product-support obligations.
You must be at least 18 years old or the higher age of legal majority or contractual capacity that applies to you. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout. If you order for a company or another organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Product and availability
The Master Kit is an English-language digital educational guide about AI-assisted architectural visualization. It is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing. No physical item is shipped.
The specific chapters, previews, and included materials are those described on the sales page at the time of order. Third-party AI software, subscriptions, usage credits, other paid services, hardware, and internet access are not included.
The Master Kit itself is in English. Browser or checkout localization does not translate the paid content. No launch discount, crossed-out price, countdown, or promotion code applies unless a separate truthful offer is expressly displayed and documented before purchase.
The Master Kit is offered worldwide in principle. It is not available where the live payment flow is unsupported; the payment provider restricts the transaction, person, country, or region; sanctions or export controls prohibit supply; applicable law prohibits the sale; or the Seller cannot support the required tax or compliance treatment. Availability is assessed when you order and may change. Availability in every country or to every person is not guaranteed.
3. Price, tax, and payment
The base price is US$449 (USD), paid once. Where local-currency presentation is available in the live Sold through Link checkout, you may see a supported local currency. The checkout must show the presented currency, any applicable tax, the final total, and available payment method before you place the order.
Your card issuer or another third party may charge currency-conversion, cross-border, connectivity, or other fees under its own terms. The Seller does not set or receive those third-party fees.
Payment is due when you place the order. For a qualifying transaction identified at checkout as Sold through Link, Link is the merchant of record and processes the transaction according to the method and final total presented at checkout. Link issues the transaction receipt or invoice and supplies the buyer-facing merchant identification used for the payment statement. For a delayed payment method, access begins only after successful payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery, access, updates, and support
Access begins after payment is confirmed and any required digital-delivery consent is completed. Access is provided through an email magic link and server-side session in the product-specific authenticated area at member.unclerender.jp. Magic links expire after 15 minutes and are single-use. Sessions have a 30-day absolute maximum, expire after seven days of inactivity, and are limited to two active sessions for the same named user.
This is a one-time purchase with no recurring access fee and no fixed access expiration while the Global Edition service remains in operation. It is not “lifetime access.” If the Seller plans to end the service, the Seller will, in principle, give 90 days’ advance notice and provide a reasonable alternative means of access where technically and legally possible. Security incidents, legal requirements, emergencies, or technical impossibility may require different handling, subject to mandatory rights.
While the service remains in operation, the purchase includes corrections to existing chapters, reasonable responses to interface changes, and incremental or small additions, at no additional charge. Updates are provided on a best-effort basis as reasonably practicable and are not guaranteed immediately. Major new modules, standalone courses, or separately designated products are outside this entitlement and may be offered separately.
Email info@unclerender.jp for Master Kit delivery, sign-in, access, broken-page or file, and service-delivery technical issues. The target for an initial response is within three Japanese business days, but this is not a guaranteed response time. Access-issue support remains available while the service operates. Reasonable identity and security verification may be required. Never send full payment-card details. Questions about a Sold through Link receipt or invoice, payment-statement entry, payment processing, or another transaction-level matter should be directed to Link Support.
Support does not include individualized teaching, prompt creation, project critique or review, consulting, architectural or other professional advice, or any guaranteed result.
5. Single-user license
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, the Seller grants one named individual a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Master Kit during the access term.
Individuals and businesses may purchase, but one purchase is assigned to one named individual user. A purchase made by a business does not provide company-wide, team, shared-seat, or shared-credential access.
The licensed individual may use techniques learned from the Master Kit and outputs they create themselves in their own business and paid client projects. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Master Kit or grant rights in third-party services, interfaces, source images, client materials, trademarks, or other protected material.
6. Restrictions and buyer responsibilities
The Master Kit materials—including text, images, annotated operation screens, videos, prompts, downloads, and login or access information—must not be:
- shared with another person or made accessible through shared credentials or repositories;
- publicly posted, copied, or distributed to other users;
- redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or transferred; or
- substantially repackaged into a competing course, template pack, or prompt pack.
You are responsible for complying with third-party terms and securing all ownership rights, licenses, releases, consents, confidentiality authorizations, and other permissions needed for your sources and uses. You are also responsible for appropriate professional and project-specific review.
7. Third-party services and rights
Third-party services have their own pricing, plans, credits, licenses, privacy practices, regional availability, system requirements, and terms. Their owners may change, remove, or rename features independently of the Seller. Always check the provider’s current official information.
Third-party names, logos, product interfaces, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Uncle Render is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those providers unless expressly stated. References to an interface identify and explain an independent educational workflow; they do not transfer rights in that interface or service.
8. Digital delivery, refunds, and cancellation
The Refund and Cancellation Policy in effect at checkout forms part of these Terms. A full refund is permitted before your first server-recorded access to paid content. After first paid-content access, no change-of-mind refund is available, subject to the exceptions and non-waivable rights described in that Policy.
For a Sold through Link payment, Link operates a separate refund-request process. The Link Terms, purchase protections, or mandatory law may provide additional transaction rights or may control a transaction matter if they conflict with this Seller policy. Using Link’s route does not remove the Seller’s product-delivery and access obligations or the pre-access refund baseline stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Before immediate paid-content access begins, the purchase flow asks you separately, without a preselected choice, to request immediate supply and, where applicable, acknowledge its effect on withdrawal or cancellation rights. The durable order confirmation records that request and acknowledgment.
9. Educational and professional-use limits
The Master Kit provides general educational information. It is not architectural, engineering, construction, code-compliance, legal, tax, licensing, safety, or other professional advice.
AI systems can produce inaccurate, inconsistent, unsafe, infringing, or technically impossible results. You are responsible for independently checking accuracy, constructability, dimensions, materials, safety, applicable codes and regulations, third-party rights, client approvals, and all project-specific obligations. Use appropriately licensed professionals for regulated, safety-critical, or client-facing work.
No particular business, design, approval, financial, or technical result is guaranteed.
10. Acceptable use and account security
You must not use the Master Kit or any related tool to violate law, contract, confidentiality, privacy, image rights, intellectual-property rights, professional duties, sanctions or export controls, or platform terms. Do not upload client-confidential, personal, proprietary, controlled, or sensitive material unless you have authority and have verified the provider’s current data-use and retention terms.
You must provide an accurate email address and keep access links and credentials secure. Notify info@unclerender.jp promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
11. Intellectual property
The Seller’s original text, annotations, selection, structure, branding, and teaching materials are owned by or licensed to the Seller. Third-party names, trademarks, interfaces, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Buying the Master Kit transfers no ownership right.
12. Suspension, changes, and end of service
The Seller may take proportionate steps to protect the service, its users, and its materials, including temporarily suspending access while investigating a security risk, chargeback, refunded order, credential sharing, unauthorized distribution, or other material breach. Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, the Seller provides notice, a support route to contest an error, and restoration when the reason for suspension is resolved. Any final suspension or revocation must be consistent with the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
The Seller may make reasonable changes to formatting, hosting, security, and content to maintain or improve the service. A planned end of the service is governed by the access commitment in Section 4 and is different from suspension of an individual account.
13. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Master Kit is provided for educational use without a guarantee of a particular outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that would apply in the consumer’s country of habitual residence without this choice. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should first try in good faith to resolve the issue through info@unclerender.jp.
The Link Terms separately govern the Sold through Link services and transaction matters within their scope, including any dispute route stated there. These Seller Terms continue to govern the Master Kit, license, delivery, access, and product-support matters, except where mandatory law or the applicable Link transaction terms control.
For a buyer acting wholly or mainly for trade, business, craft, or professional purposes and not as a consumer, the Miyazaki District Court or Miyazaki Summary Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance where legally enforceable. Consumers retain any mandatory forum, complaint route, or alternative-dispute-resolution right available under applicable law.
15. Privacy, changes, and contact
Personal data is handled as described in the Global Edition Privacy Notice. The Seller may update these Terms prospectively and will show the effective date and provide any notice required by law. The terms accepted for an order will be retained with the order record.
