1. Scope
This Policy applies only to purchases of the AI Architectural Visualization Master Kit — Global Edition, an English-language digital guide sold by PLUS株式会社.
The Seller provides the Master Kit, license, delivery, protected access, and product support. The qualifying payment transaction is offered as Sold through Link. Link, through the applicable Stripe entity identified at checkout, is the merchant of record for that transaction and handles transaction processing, the transaction receipt or invoice, payment-statement identification, and transaction-level payment support.
The Master Kit is a one-time digital-content purchase. It has no recurring billing, so there is no subscription renewal to cancel.
2. Full refund before first paid-content access
You may request a full refund before your first access to paid content. The first paid-content access time is recorded on the server when protected paid content is first successfully delivered to your authorized account.
Viewing a public sales page or preview, opening the payment-success page, requesting a sign-in link, or receiving access instructions does not by itself count as paid-content access.
3. After first paid-content access
After your first paid-content access, a change-of-mind refund is not provided. This does not remove the exceptions in Section 4 or any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
There is no standard partial-refund offer. A partial refund is not promised and may be considered only where mandatory law or an exceptional written decision requires case-specific treatment.
4. Exceptions
A refund may be available after first paid-content access in the following cases:
- a verified duplicate charge;
- a verified unauthorized charge;
- a material access or content-delivery defect attributable to the Seller that cannot be remedied after the Seller has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct it;
- a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law; or
- another exceptional case expressly approved by the Seller.
When an access or delivery issue may be repairable, please give the Seller a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and remedy it. This does not delay or limit a mandatory statutory right.
5. How to request a refund
For the Seller’s pre-access refund baseline, product-delivery exception, or access issue, email info@unclerender.jp with:
- the email address used for purchase;
- the order or payment reference, if available; and
- a short explanation of the request or technical issue.
Do not send a full card number, card security code, password, or other access secret. The Seller will not ask for full payment-card details to verify a refund request. Reasonable identity, order, and provider verification may be required.
For a Sold through Link payment, you may also use Link’s official refund-request process. Link handles transaction-level refund processing under the Link Terms. A request through one route may be shared with or require action by the other party as necessary to verify the order, product-access record, and eligibility.
6. Approved refund timing
When the Seller approves a request under this Policy, the Seller submits or authorizes the required refund instruction to Link within five Japanese business days after approval. Link, as merchant of record, issues and processes the transaction refund under the Link Terms. Link, the payment method, or your bank may need additional time to process or display the refund; that time is separate from the Seller’s five-business-day instruction target.
The refund is returned through the route supported for the original Sold through Link transaction. Link’s refund process, the Link Terms, purchase protections, or mandatory law may provide additional or overriding transaction-specific rights, procedures, or timing.
7. Effect on access
When processing of a full refund is confirmed, the related entitlement, license, active sessions, and access to the Master Kit are revoked. A final customer-won chargeback also revokes access after provider confirmation. If a dispute is resolved for the Seller, access may be restored or preserved as appropriate.
A temporary suspension during a dispute is permitted only where reasonably necessary for fraud, security, or payment-risk control and remains subject to applicable law and reasonable review.
8. Immediate digital delivery and statutory rights
Before immediate paid-content access begins, the purchase flow asks you separately, without a preselected choice, to request immediate supply and, where applicable, acknowledge its effect on withdrawal or cancellation rights.
The durable order confirmation records that request and acknowledgment. The wording and process follow the law that applies to the buyer.
This Policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or remedies. Where applicable law gives you a withdrawal or cancellation right, that right applies unless it has been validly lost or waived under that law. The Link Terms or Link purchase protections may also give additional transaction rights and control a transaction matter where they conflict with this Seller policy.
